Black Issues in Higher Education to Celebrate 20 Years with HCP.
Tampa, FL – (August 26, 2003) – Headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia since 1984, Cox, Matthews and Associates has been publishing Black Issues In Higher Education for almost 20 years. The magazine started as a simple newsletter, now averages 96 pages per edition.
HCP will provide marketing consulting and a complete line of interactive services for the virginia-based publishing firm.
Black Issues is the nation’s only news magazine dedicated exclusively to minority issues in higher education. Published bi-weekly, Black Issues brings in-depth and up-to-date coverage of the diverse education community, including African Americans, Native Americans, Asian Americans and Hispanic Americans, as well as Americans with disabilities and women to every college and university in the United States.
