HCP & Associates wins Research Contract for The Tampa Downtown Partnership

Tampa, FL (February 8, 2008) The Tampa Downtown Partnership is committed to leading and promoting healthy growth in Downtown Tampa. Recently, HCP & Associates was contracted with the Tampa Downtown Partnership to conduct two important studies. The two studies focus on setting benchmarks for growth in the Downtown Tampa area by surveying employees in the downtown district and residential households with-in its reach of service needs. The studies are expected to shed light on area growth, development trends, retail needs, parking requirements, demographic data and other lifestyle activities important to those who currently frequent the downtown area. By working and collaborating closely with both public and private sectors, the Partnership will be able to take the lead in encouraging growth and supporting the needs of both residents and workers supporting the Downtown Tampa market.
