Coniglio has served 23+ years in various marketing and management positions, starting his career as a corporate executive then turning his attention toward consulting and advising clients in startup, public private partnerships, small to midsize companies and government agencies. He has a diverse background serving as a marketing consultant in a wide range of industries.
As Managing Partner with HCP, he is involved in client advisory and marketing consulting services with a focus on business strategy, market planning, branding and implementation management. Day-to-day company responsibilities include building strategic alliances with other firms in support of client needs. He oversees all financial and operational management of the firm.
He is an alumnus of Andrew College in Cuthbert, Georgia and earned an Associate in Science with a concentration in business administration and was active in Student Government serving as a Senator and Treasurer. In addition, he was a Scholarship Athlete. Following that, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in marketing and management from the University of Tampa and started to pursue his business interests through a series of internships in downtown Tampa while completing his bachelor’s degree.
Coniglio is involved in local charities and volunteers time in the community. He was selected to Leadership Tampa Bay, Leadership Tampa, served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Aquarium, founded the Athletic Club of Tampa. He has volunteered for Voices for Children, a guardian Ad Litem, chaired the formation of the Tampa/Hillsborough Film & Digital Media Commission and is on the Visit Tampa Bay’s marketing committee. He was recently named as part of the Rays 100 of business leaders supporting the Tampa Bay Rays. When he is not working, he spends his time with his wife and three sons.
