TAMPA, Fla. – March 19, 2025 – HCP Associates is excited to announce the hiring of two new team members: Brooke Pelkey, Marketing Associate, and Anabel Sierra, Communications Associate. Pelkey, Marketing Associate, brings over three years of expertise in event planning, vendor management, payment processing, and content creation to HCP. She earned her BS in Marketing from the University of Tampa, graduating Cum Laude, and has worked on diverse marketing strategies for a network of 500 franchises. In her role at HCP, Brooke serves as the primary liaison between the firm and clients, overseeing the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, compiling conference reports, creating meeting agendas, and managing annual budgets to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Her experience extends to developing recognition programs that celebrate business professionals and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders across various sectors. Outside of work, she enjoys playing music, staying active through yoga and cycling, and volunteering with organizations like Feeding Tampa Bay and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Sierra, Communications Associate, brings over three years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and public relations. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising, Anabel has worked across a variety of industries, focusing on creating compelling, results-driven content tied to industry and client events. Her work includes managing social media campaigns, developing creative messaging, and supporting public relations efforts that generate awareness and engagement.
In her role at HCP, Sierra will continue to use her expertise to craft content that aligns with clients’ branding while ensuring a strong digital presence. She will oversee social media channels, generate creative content for events, and leverage SEO best practices to help clients reach their communications goals effectively. Her background in content creation, along with her ability to manage client events, ensures that she can build engaging, industry-specific narratives that resonate with target audiences. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with Pilates and weight training, traveling, and listening to her favorite musical artists.
