HCP Associates Expands with New Hires for Branding and Research
TAMPA, Fla. (April 30, 2018) — Due to the firm’s growth and recent mergers/acquisitions, HCP Associates’ Managing Partners Sean Coniglio and Eric Polins announced today the firm will expand its team to include two new professionals.
Jason Sowders will serve as a Graphic Designer and Madelin Ghomshe will be a Research Coordinator.
“We are extremely excited to bring on these two talented individuals at HCP Associates. Both Jason and Madelin have some unique and impressive experience in branding and research and we are very lucky to have them join the team. Their backgrounds and energy will make a huge difference in what we deliver to our clients,” Coniglio said.
Sowders is a New Jersey native and a Hussian School of Art graduate with a focus in Illustration, Photography and Graphic Design. With over two decades of experience as an Art Director and Graphic Designer, Sowders has overseen design teams, directed photo shoots, managed creative services and helped define visual marketing strategies for clients and partners, small and large.
As a Graphic Designer for HCP, Sowders brings his fresh perspective for producing branding tactics, trade show displays, web materials, car wraps, banners, catalogs, posters, brochures, billboards, direct mailers, and ads for newspapers and magazines from concept to creation.
Sowders currently resides in Riverview, FL and enjoys spending time with his family.
Ghomshe was born in Cleveland, Ohio but grew up in Pinellas County. She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University where she found her passion for market research.
During her tenure at FSU, she was involved in several research projects that allowed her to expand her knowledge and experience with market research. One project tested the effects of celebrity behavior on company performance and brand awareness of consumers. As part of that project, Ghomshe was instrumental in building a secondary database of hundreds of firms with celebrity athlete endorsers. Another FSU market research project ranged from preliminary exploratory research of current and potential customer needs, survey design and analysis to final report preparation and presentation to the client.
As the Research Coordinator, Ghomshe will be coordinating quantitative, qualitative, primary and secondary data, survey design, analysis, reporting and presentation. She works closely with HCP’s Director of Research, the HCP marketing team and senior leadership to support clients requiring research-related activities and plans.
Ghomshe also has extensive experience in retail leadership and sales with several national retailers. She is well versed in retail metrics and customer service.
Outside of work, Ghomshe enjoys weightlifting and traveling. She is very active and loves the outdoors. One day, she hopes to visit all the U.S. National Parks.
