HCP Associates Completes 45th Anniversary Face of Exteriors Campaign for DENTCO®, America’s First Exterior Services Management Company.

DEWITT, MI., (January 3, 2022) –For over 22 years, HCP Associates has served as the agency of record for Michigan-based DENTCO, the nation’s first Exterior Services Management® (ESM) Company.  Since 2000, HCP worked closely with the founder and C-suite executives to create a national brand and service model that would help stabilize commercial exterior services in a fragmented retail and restaurant exterior maintenance industry. In mid-2021, POWERHOUSE, a national construction, facilities maintenance, and rollout service provider headquartered in Crowley, Texas, announced it acquired DENTCO, headquartered in DeWitt, Michigan.
