In 2023, the Tampa CRA completed a comprehensive restructuring process to realign staff, policies, and procedures to enhance service delivery across all of Tampa’s community redevelopment areas.

In 2024, the organization wanted to better highlight the initiatives and redevelopment projects undertaken across Tampa’s community redevelopment areas in their annual financial report that is required to be produced for the State of Florida. Since HCP Associates successfully integrated the new CRA branding for the Ybor City CRA and helped make the new brand more visible in the community, they were contracted by Tampa CRA staff to help enhance the 2023 Annual Report.

HCP created a new, modern design that incorporated the color scheme of the agency. The 2023 Annual Report’s layout was also updated to better align the projects and programs implemented by Tampa CRA with the key objectives of the agency. This included updated imagery and graphics to quickly communicate the location of projects, the amount of public investment and private investment, and how much of the project was completed at the time of publication.
