The Florida Aquarium Engages HCP & Associates for Tourism Travel and Visitor Experience Research Initiatives
Tampa, FL (March 31, 2008) HCP & Associates has been engaged by The Florida Aquarium to conduct a research study to capture visitor demographics, ultimately establishing a foundation for future marketing efforts intended to expand the Aquarium’s brand awareness with in and out-of-market visitors. Through the production of monthly research reports, Aquarium management is learning more details about their visitors’ such as their likes and dislikes, reasons for visiting, where they currently reside. The research is one key component to the Aquariums continued success and improvements.
