Bio: A Florida native, Jessica graduated from the University of South Florida with her bachelors in Psychology, and from Florida Institute of Technology with her Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. During her graduate career, she worked with Florida Tech’s research department, focusing on personnel law and workplace emotions research, and successfully completed an internship in human resources. She also has six years of experience in retail and is an active member in the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
As a Research Analyst for HCP, Jessica utilizes her research experience and expertise on a variety of research assignments for the firm. As a key member of the research team, she oversees large volume of data, and implements both qualitative and quantitative research studies throughout a wide range of industries ranging from non-profits to private/public organizations, including financial, government, entertainment, retail and health care.
Her primary research experience with the firm, as well as her graduate school experience, focuses on survey design and data analysis. She also has knowledge and experience in organizational analysis, leading research efforts in uncovering employee satisfaction and organizational development opportunities.
In addition, Jessica conducts a variety of secondary research and data mining for the firm. Secondary research entails web analytics, media placement, market snapshots, competitor analysis, and much more. Jessica works diligently to cater to the needs of the client and identifying areas for potential business growth.
