R. Patrick Hill, Senior Strategist / Chairman
Bio: Hill is a 40-year veteran of national and international market planning and strategy. Experience gained as an executive manager at Procter & Gamble provided the base for a career in marketing, communications, research and brand management. Nationally known as a speaker on niche marketing and a recognized leader in brand development, Hill has developed and executed marketing programs for companies spanning the globe from start-ups to a significant number of Fortune listed companies. A native of Tampa and a graduate of the University of South Florida, Hill returned to Florida in the 80′s where he initiated a professional consulting practice for national and international brands. Hill’s involvement in the community includes leadership on multiple boards and involvement in major public-private initiatives in the region. For fun, he is a pilot, an avid outdoor sports participant, a part-time woodworker, and engaged as an advisor in childhood education programs with Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. Married with two grown children and two grandchildren, Hill maintains an exhaustive travel schedule in support of family and clients!
